However, his cold call was in relevance to new rates going into place and he simply wanted an opportunity to earn back my business as I was with State farm before and they were not competitive in my market. After a couple follow-ups I gave him a shot but warned him that I'm very detailed and will comb through this versus the incumbent carrier. Not only did he understand but he stepped up to the plate and sent me line by line differences for every single piece of coverage and benefit with a full explanation via email, phonecall, and in person. To shorten this I now have better coverage at a better rate and this is all because Aaron was persistent and not a pester in earning back my business. Upon stepping in their office to meet the team that will be working with you, You will see that they have genuine smiles and are truly there to help and sincerely thankful for your business. You are encouraged to ask all questions and stop by anytime to get help with any aspects of your insurance. In 2024 that can be hard to find. Customer service first always as that is why your business exists to be in with. This office gets it and simply wants a chance to earn it.
